Description:

The training, in the form of webinars and/or live streaming lessons, will be addressed to the coordinators of COOSS structures (RSA, nursing homes, protected homes, daily centres) and to the home care service managers. The training will aim to present the most frequent cyber-risks they can meet in the performance of their daily work: after the training they’re expected to be able to recognise the vulnerabilities of their IT systems and behaviours.

Trainers will explain the most common wrong or dangerous behaviours on the staff part and the measures to be adopted; IT staff will discuss most recent technical solutions linked to the specific risks. The training will focus also on GDPR requirements, in terms of privacy and data management, and the potential consequences of their violations.

Tests and questionnaires will evaluate the learning level after the training.

Format:

Should the COVID-19 restrictions forbid the organization of events in presence, COOSS will provide the training through the virtual facilities it frequently uses for the on-line courses, adapting the assessment tools to the new environment and proposing webinars and live streaming lessons.
