Description:

The aim of Workshop 1 from FPHAG is to raise awareness about the cybersecurity dangers and potential solutions of connected hospitals. First, an explanation will be given to the participants about the most relevant cybersecurity threats of a connected hospital. Then the participants will be introduced to the fundamental cybersecurity threats and how to identify them. Finally, a session will be delivered in order to emphasize the available good practices to prevent the threats, while responding to questions from the participants. The total workshop duration will be around 4 hours and be delivered in the form of a workshop including a lecture, demo and a working session.


Format:

The purpose of the workshops is to build or strengthen the capacity of the participants and their respective colleagues in the domain of cyber security awareness in the hospital on their daily activities. Learning will be achieved through presentations as well as through group work. The workshop is divided in 3 modules: identify, prevent and proceed with common threats. Each module will show an approach to a different threat from different points of view. Each module will have two parts: theoretical and practical parts. First, the theoretical part will explain the student the concepts. Then, the practical part will explain how to apply those concepts.
