Preventing cyber-risks

Agenda:
- Cyber-risks in Healthcare: external attacks;
- Cyber-risks: vulnerabilities due to wrong behaviours;
- How to Manage users personal data;
- Properly manage different devices from cyber-security perspectives;
- Provide tips and straightforward advice on how to recognise a cyber-risk;
- Cooperation between families and operators to protect personal data
The training will be addressed to the workers involved, with different roles, in the provision of social services. The training will be different from previous workshop, more oriented on case studies, proper behaviours, and prevention practices. Professional trainers will focus on informal language and they will be supported by illustrative material, exercises and case studies from SH archives. Families awareness will be addressed too.
Format:
Should the COVID-19 restrictions forbid the organization of events in presence, COOSS will provide the training through the virtual facilities it frequently uses for the on-line courses, adapting the assessment tools to the new environment and proposing webinars and live streaming lessons.
