Employees using their own Devices to access IT infrastructure
I was wondering how your opinions are regarding this matter. Letting employees use their own devices at work could increase the security risk. How do you manage this? Do you have any guidelines to suggest or would you even recommend not to allow this? Looking forward for interesting answers.
Personally, if the department’s IT infrastructure is well equipped, it just brings additional security risks. Especially when dealing with sensitive data I would not allow that unless there have been workshops and training regarding the use of own devices.
